Andrea is a relationship-driven strategist and systems level thinker working with individuals and organizations across sectors - ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies - to help strengthen and scale business models, assess and launch new initiatives, clarify value propositions and positioning, improve performance, and develop new knowledge and insights. She also brings deep expertise in managing the priorities, relationships and execution of projects and programs.

Andrea began her career as a fundraiser, then earned an MBA and joined a global Fortune 500 financial services organization, working as a consultant to both internal teams and select clients in global operations, worldwide marketing, and competitive intelligence. Andrea earned her BA from Boston College, MBA from the University of Connecticut, and MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government
