v Social Finance US recently launched the Outcomes Rate Card Development Competition to offer free technical assistance to develop outcomes rate cards, a standardized Pay for Success contracting approach to serve large constituencies by defining outcomes and paying providers as they achieve those outcomes. This competition is open until April 10, 2017.
